Summary:

The kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of gene polymorphisms at CYP2C19*2(G>A),CYP2C19*3(G>A) and CYP2C19*17 (C>T) locus in human whole blood. The test results of this product only represent the detection of *2, *3 and*17 loci of human CYP2C19 gene, which can provide reference for clinicians for the rational administration of clopidogrel, but not as the only basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The clinical management of patients should be considered in conjunction with their symptoms/signs, medical history, and other laboratory tests, treatment response and epidemiological information.
